Months ago I was at a Wal-Mart outside of Des Moines and noticed that upon checkout, the credit card payment screen asked me “Was your store clean today?” Not sure what to make of it, but since that transaction I haven’t seen the retailer use the checkout terminal for self-reported consumer opinions.
